Beach, Wedding, Easter!

Wow! Sorry it's been so long! I kept thinking about posting, but never sat down to do it. I don't know how moms blog everyday!

Well, things have been just chugging along here. We made a trip to Hilton Head just as a family and had a great time riding bikes and hanging out. It was very windy and a bit cold to really be out in bathing suits. But, that didn't stop the boys from wanting to play in the water. I did my best to not get in!

Hilton Head is great for riding bikes! The kids loved it so much I'm thinking about getting a bike with a cart to ride around here.

Ice cream is just part of going to the beach for me. We rode our bikes to Caligny to eat ice cream for lunch one day. I've gotten ice cream at this shop since I was a little kid. So fun to bring my own!

And, when we got back, the weather turned warm! So we've spent lots of time playing in the yard. Fielding can do the slide himself now - so big!

Two weeks ago Josh's sister, Rachel, got married. We had a wonderful time celebrating with her and her new husband, Nils. It was a long day for the boys, but they did great!

{Uncle Paul with his son Andrew. Doesn't he look like Fielding??}

{Fielding looking so cute! We had to be at the church at 9am to do pictures before the 11am wedding.}

We kept all the kids {they were all in the wedding} in the room with Rachel. Snacks and Cars, the movie, kept them pretty entertained until show time.

I hope to get more pictures of the wedding up soon. The pictures from the photographer have not been posted yet....I hope there are some good ones!

Easter! Saturday before Easter, Brekken and I took the kids to Cagle's Dairy farm for a picnic and egg hunt. It was great! The kids had a great time playing and seeing the animals.

And last but not least, a house update. The bank as found the deed, but there are some issues. They've locked in our rate for another 30 days. Still waiting. Meanwhile, Josh and I continue to day dream about what we will do with the house and can't wait to actually buy it!!

Have a great week!

Helen

P.S. Maybe these will help....??
